Tickets cost £1 each and are available in singles or books of five.
Raffle tickets can be bought by all members of the general public over the age of 16.
Tickets are on sale from Saturday 12 July 2014 @12 noon until Monday 29 September 2014 @ 0900.
Available from school parents, teachers, school PTA, from the school office, Church of Our Lady, and from some local shops and offices.
Money and ticket stubs can be returned to the class teacher or the front office, in a sealed envelope with your full name on the front please.
For corporate sales, we can get PTA members to collect the stubs direct from your office.
All money raised goes directly to the PTA fund, to provide enrichment activities that support the school curriculum.
The winning tickets will be drawn by an independent adjudicator on Monday 29 September 2014 at 4pm.
All ticket stubs and money must be returned to the school office by 0900 on 29 September 2014. Ticket stubs received after this time may not be entered in the draw and no refund made.
The first ticket drawn can choose the 1st or 2nd prize, or any of the others, as described.
2nd ticket drawn will receive the other main prize, or their choice of the remaining prizes.
All other tickets drawn will receive a prize from the list in random order.
It is an express condition of winning either of the main prizes that you agree to your photo being taken for publicity purposes, and the prizes will be handed over at the Landmark Hotel London.
Winners will be contacted by e-mail or telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond by 3rd November 2014, the prize will be forfeit, and re-entered into the next raffle. If the contact details are illegible, a reserve ticket will be drawn.
Some voucher prizes are time sensitive, and expire within 1 to 12 months. Contact the vendor direct if you need to extend the date (charge may apply).
We want as many people as possible to have the opportunity to win a prize. If we draw two tickets with the same name, we'll only count your first ticket as a winner.
Block-out dates will apply to many of the vouchers. Book as far in advance as possible, and mention your voucher when booking.
The cash alternative for all prizes is limited to £10. Email us if you wish to discuss this option.
For vouchers with a value (except M&S vouchers), no change can be given.
ID may be required to collect some prizes.
Prizes are transferrable to friends or family, but should not be publicly re-sold without our written permission.
Winners' names will be entered on this page by 1st December 2014.
All prize winners consent to their details being used for press activity.
We are not responsible for the quality of your prize experience. Please do liaise direct with the restaurant / vendor etc if you have a query.
Finally, if you feel you are unable to use your prize, please do let us know so we can enter it into the next raffle or possibly exchange with another winner.
